I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and comfortable being yourself-not like you’re being analyzed from across the room.
My approach is warm, relational, collaborative and grounded in curiosity. I’m interested in more than simply treating symptoms or putting a label on what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, relationships, unconscious patterns, and ways of coping that have shaped how you understand yourself and move through the world.
I also value creating a space where clients of color feel seen and understood and where cultural identity, family norms/expectations, intergenerational experiences, and the impact of systemic stress can be explored with care and curiousity.
Sometimes the things we struggle with make sense when we begin to understand what’s underneath them. Therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious about those deeper patterns, and begin making sense of parts of yourself that may have felt confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to change on your own.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to show up as you are, deepen your understanding of yourself, and create meaningful change that feel true to you.
It would be a privilege to be invited into that process with you.
